The incorporated firm was established by one director, namely, Hamilton Mthokozisi Ncongwane.  We opened our doors to the public on the 1st day of June 2009 and after a number of years in practice, quality, empathy and honesty have become fundamental principles behind our services. Our main aim above all else, is to passionately assist clients in achieving their goals and resolving their legal matters.

HM Ncongwane I completed my LLB degree at the University of Pretoria. I was admitted as an Attorney of the High Court of South Africa in 2005 and I am a member of the Law Society of South Africa.

I have worked with various firms and have gained a lot of valuable experience. Starting my own Law Practice has not been easy but through persistence and the willingness to grow, I have managed to pull through.  Like everyone else who starts a business, I had to face many challenges, never mind the experience that I had acquired, I still had my own ball in the court.

I love my career and I believe in ultimate excellence, honesty and transparency. Helping people has become a lifestyle and I do it to the best of my ability.  Growing up in a family with law graduates became a great form of inspiration.
